Hello
I'm Emily and I completed my Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2018, at Otago Polytechnic, in Dunedin. I have over four years of experience as a veterinary nurse in companion animal practice.
I am originally from Australia but I grew up in Dunedine and consider it my hometown. At the start of 2023 I made the big leap to Auckland to seek new opportunites. It didn't take long to find my new found my new home, here at THE VETS, and I feel I have fit right in with the friendly team.
My passion is to provide exceptional care to all pet patients and their families. My particular interests are surgical anaesthesia and animal behaviour.
Outside of work I love baking and gardening. At the weekends you'll often find me out exploring walking trails with my partner and our gorgeous Staffy cross, Lola - seen here!
