In these unprecedented times, we had to create a response plan and would like to share it with you, our amazing customers.
The health of our staff and you, our clients, is of the utmost importance to us. In level two we are changing our protocols and as on Monday the 18th we will reopen our clinic doors to our clients. This will still be in a controlled manner which will allow us to manage people coming and leaving the clinic to allow social distancing within the clinic. To help us achieve this we ask for your help and support.

But not as usual – we still need social distancing.
Consultations / Surgical Admissions
We are running a increased number of Vets over the next two weeks to help you to be able to access our services as you need.
One person per pet.
Please bring your own mask.
Please, when you get to the clinic stay in the car and call us. We will ask you a couple of health related questions. We will then advise you when you can enter the clinic. Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter.
We cannot offer house calls during the lockdown period.
TELE-MEDICINE: This service will still be available if required. Your number will be taken, you may be asked to email in photos of your pet e.g. if there is a skin lesion. The vet on duty will call you back discuss the case with you. You will then be advised if we can provide treatment over the phone and suitable medicine prescribed or if we can’t resolve your problem over the phone a drop off consultation will be booked.
Our cattery reopens on the Saturday the 23rd of May. Please call reception for a booking.
Food, Medication and other purchases:
Please call ahead for all food orders and for prescription medicine.
Payment will be made over the phone.
When you are here to collect, call us and we will bring the item outside of r collection.
Where needed we may be able to organise the delivery of food and/or medicine

Saturdays 9 AM – 2 PM
