Covid-19 L2 Announcement

Kia ora koutou,

In these unprecedented times, we had to create a response plan and would like to share it with you, our amazing customers.

The health of our staff and you, our clients, is of the utmost importance to us. In level two we are changing our protocols and as on Monday the 18th we will reopen our clinic doors to our clients. This will still be in a controlled manner which will allow us to manage people coming and leaving the clinic to allow social distancing within the clinic. To help us achieve this we ask for your help and support.

But not as usual – we still need social distancing.

Consultations / Surgical Admissions

We are running a increased number of Vets over the next two weeks to help you to be able to access our services as you need.

Please, when you get to the clinic stay in the car and call us. We will ask you a couple of health related questions. We will then advise you when you can enter the clinic. Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter.
